Reconnect - Regulate - Rebuild

This 6-week workshop is designed to support participants of all ages and abilities in developing practical life skills that promote independence, confidence, healthy choices, and everyday wellbeing.

Participants will learn how to prepare a variety of simple meals and snacks, safely use kitchen equipment, understand basic nutrition at their own learning level, and build confidence in everyday routines.

The workshop provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth, social connection, and hands-on learning through interactive activities.

Duration: 3 hours per session 
Commitment: 6 sessions over 6 weeks
