Phase 2 introduces direct support services focused on mental health support work, mentoring, community connection, and early intervention programs. With a big focus being around our practical and purposeful workshops. 

This phase is designed to provide safe, supportive, and non-judgemental assistance for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, trauma, recovery, disability, and life transitions.

Programs and workshops focus on emotional wellbeing, social connection, independence, confidence building, and practical life skills while also creating referral pathways to professional allied health supports where required.
